It doesn't take a business degree from Wharton to be able to figure out the math: the loss of that nickel per prescription versus the loss of customers and the profits from all their prescriptions. Have you ever heard the saying, "Don't cut off the nose to spite your face"? Well, you have cut off your nose to spite your face all because you didn't want to lose 5 cents. Let that sink in. I just waited 10 days and I went to pick it up and guess what they didn't have it.not only that but THEY DONT KNOW WHEN. This is unacceptable especially since I have to get pre authorization which takes a day. If you can't keep medicine stocked COMMON medicine then take your pharmacy out of untied.this may be harsh but it's true.
