  The one star doesn't reflect on the staff; the one star is for United Market Street (owner) and your brilliant decision to show exactly how little you care about your customers and start doing the 50 reward points for the prescriptions. It doesn't take a business degree from Wharton to be able to figure out the math: the loss of that nickel per prescription versus the loss of customers and the profits from all their prescriptions. Have you ever heard the saying, "Don't cut off the nose to spite your face"? Well, you have cut off your nose to spite your face all because you didn't want to lose 5 cents. Let that sink in.   Market Street Pharmacy was for many mamy years run by David head Pharmacy MD. I had wonderful care while he was in charge. I started noticing some changes in competency of the staff and of pricing over the last year not related to inflation or drug prices. Come to find out they were not billing my insurance some of the time they were using a discount card saying my insurance didnt cover the medicine. I saw my provider and she said Walgreens has that for 4.00$. So I changed pharmacies and found all my meds were covered and much cheaper. I had paid 50 to 60 dollars for 4 months instead of 4.00. That was just one drug. Who knows how much I overpaid. When I asked the new head honcho he said his staff is not educated to understand medical insurance or anything and would not refund anything other than 12.00 on a drug I most recently was overcharged for. He could have cared less about my situation.
