  I love coming here but they really need to explain all the details to you in person before signing up. They would not let me in my class this morning because I was 7 minutes late and that’s fine but all this needs to be covered during sign up.

  Really great experience so far! I lift weights 3-4x/wk and wanted to add something a little different and focus on developing my core. I have never done Pilates before but I do practice yoga as well. The studio is very clean, well maintained and a welcoming environment which I enjoy. Jamie and Yolie have been absolute gems of instructors. I really appreciate that they focus on making sure you're understanding the movements and correct engagement as well as throwing in challenges if you're up for it. I've been coming once a week for about a month now and it's been wonderful. Patty and the team have also been so kind and helpful! Edited to add: now that I've been able to take all of the instructors classes, I absolutely love them all. Impossible to pick a favorite! Each of them will challenge you in a different way and ever class has been nothing short of awesome.

  They had a promo to try the first class for free and I attended the 30 minute class. Afterwards I felt obligated to sign up and I had other plans so I was not fully explained how everything worked. The girl said they would send me an email to me, so I thought that I could look over everything later. They never sent any email and I never attended any classes. Then my debit card was compromised so I got a new one and charges from this Pilates club were declined. At this point I had already paid $150 upfront and 1 1/2 months passed by and I never used the membership. Then they reached out to me about the billing and I said that I wished to cancel it since I had already paid $150 for nothing. Now they are threatening to send me to collections for the remaining 1 1/2 months. I think businesses should provide good customer service but all I have received are threats. I wouldn’t even feel comfortable continuing my membership at this point and they are wanting money after providing absolutely nothing. I would not recommend this business and their sad business practices.

  This is the 1st workout facility I have ever stuck with! It is a comfortable, fun environment with satisfying workouts. It leaves me asking ‘how is 50 minutes finished already?!’ I highly recommend.
