- HWHeather and Waylon wolcottSep 17, 20261.0I used to love seeing Amy when I lived here previously, and I fully intended to return to her care after moving back to the area. Unfortunately, the front office staff has made that completely impossible by refusing to schedule an appointment. It took nearly two weeks of me constantly chasing them down just to get a basic response. When they finally spoke to me, their attitude was incredibly hostile, toxic, and completely uncaring. They nastily brought up alleged "no-shows" from six years ago as their justification—something they never once reached out to discuss or resolve in the past. It is deeply unprofessional to turn a returning patient away so disrespectfully after ignoring them for days. While the medical care itself used to be great, the toxic and combative nature of the front desk completely ruins this practice. I will be sharing this experience with everyone I know in Amarillo, as well as passing this information along to my company's HR department and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, so they are fully aware of how disrespectfully people are being treated here.
