Half my life I have been terrified of dentists due to past traumatic experiences leaving me with horrible anxiety. Needless to say, my teeth are a train wreck! Over the weekend I had fractured a tooth and I knew I HAD to go to a dentist. I searched Google trying to find a place with no judgement and a friend of the family said to call Dr. Hyde at Amarillo Dental Associates. It took a day for me to build up the courage to call and glad I did. The lady on the phone was so sweet and understanding and got me in right away to see Dr Hyde. There was no judgment, even though I kept apologizing! He was so kind and took the time to explain everything to me. Unfortunately, the tooth could not be saved and had to be pulled. This poor man was trying so hard to get this stubborn tooth out! It took longer than expected. (Not the way he wanted to start his day I’m sure!) I actually felt bad for him. ☹️ Not once was I in pain or scared. Didn’t even cry! Lol! Almost like the good Lord sent me there! As I was checking out I told the lady, Nanette, I think I have found my home! Everyone at this place is amazing! Thank you Dr. Hyde! Highly recommend!

I am so very impressed with not only Dr Street he is a amazing dentist, I have a real anxiety with all dental work to the point I have left before I got to the door for my appointment out of fear. Not here! NEVER again !!! I have found my dental group ... I had my teeth cleaned by Erica she was amazing! I explained my feelings my fear she understood and made me feel comfortable. She actually warmed the water before spraying my teeth due to sensitive to cold - first time ever - just a sweet gal easy to talk to and she listened she took extra time and didn't make me feel like I was being silly - No pain clean teeth, WHAT ??? No pain with a cleaning no way ! Well I am here to say YES she's amazing - 8 had no pain during and after... the front office staff, back office staff I have met are all amazing folks. Do yourself self a favor and give this office a try. You will be overwhelmed with how professional and amazing everyone is.
