  I have been going into GNC in Alvin for about a year to purchase Barebelle protein bars in the 12 pack box because they are less expensive than buying them individually. Every time I go in they never have the flavors I like in a full box, they are always open. Every salesperson has made a full box from open ones for me. Today I got 12 bars into a box and went to the counter. The guy would not ring them up as a box. When I told him they have always done that for me he said “I don’t believe that at all” essentially calling me a liar! He was absolutely the rudest person I have had to deal with in a very long time. Terrible customer service- I will never step foot inside that store again.

  Our Alvin GNC is just the best! Always the greatest expert advice on supplements with the best deals - especially with membership benefits! I consistently have great coupons and discounts - and free items!! - and know that the supplements are the best quality to support my lifestyle and daily regimen! Sure appreciate the sincerity and care of everyone there and I don’t have to worry about getting superfluous items that are already included with my daily vitamin pack! Great store, Great super kind helpful people, and super great products! Highly recommended for your gym workouts and daily lifestyle!

  I deleted my first review of this place because I felt like I should get into more detail of experience here. And seeing how the "Owner" of this specific GNC is leaving soulless corporate slop responses under the recent reviews, they deserve a new review to respond to. On my recent visit to this GNC there was an old man employee there, he had long, thinning, purple hair and didn't have his name tag on but I'm assuming his name was "Micheal" judging from the experiences of the rest of these reviews. I knew what I wanted while in store, so I was not interested in asking questions or inquiring about anything in store, but the moment I picked up a product off the shelf, Micheal immediately started spouting about the deals they had going on in store and followed me around while I was looking around, all while constantly asking if I was looking for anything specific to which I replied "No thanks I know what i want, I'm just looking around" multiple times. Upon checking out with the item I wanted, he gave the usual GNC member speech, I already had an account and upon telling him my phone number he said it didn't work and then proceeded to try and sign me up for a new one. At this point I was ready to leave the store, so I wasn't interested in signing up for another membership or even trying my old one again. Upon telling him that I do not want to make an account he proceeded to speak for the rest of my checkout on "why I didn't want 5 dollars" with my purchase. This experience was highly unprofessional and Micheal (or whoever the old man was) was very rude, I am never visiting this location again unless I somehow know that he doesn't work there anymore and would rather give my business to somewhere where the employees are worth employing. I don't even know how this guy is even still working there, it is genuinely pathetic and he is an extremely sad man who should be raked over coals. Hopefully this review will give some insight on whoever reads it! Either it be the Owner, GM, potential customer, or Micheal himself :)

  This store is great! They always have what I’m looking for and the staff is very friendly, especially Brittany! she took time to really hear me out and help me find a product that suits me. 10/10

  This is by far one of the best places to get supplements of any sorts. Drew is a really cool dude. He helped me pick the right stuff out for weight loss. And even gave me pointers on work outs. Gonna recommend to everyone.
