The eye exam was thorough and detailed, and the associate who helped me choose frames was very knowledgeable. They clearly explained important details about scratches, returns, and other policies. Overall, the Allen, Texas location has a terrific team and a great selection of frames.

He was extremely patient and stood by me to try probably around 20 frames and we discussed every one. I usually exhaust myself when choosing frames, but the way Ryan studied my selection and then casually found the right frames for me made me feel so seen. Every consumer deserves thorough service, but Ryan just did it too well and it’s honestly rare :) So happy with the frames we found but I’m even happier because I was helped by the right person! Thank you, I had a field day at the Watter’s Creek Warby Parker on a Monday afternoon <3
