- TST SSep 12, 20261.0Absolutely do not recommend. DO NOT shop at this store without first ensuring the employee thoroughly explains their refund policies during their aggressive sales pitch. Everything but the nearly $500 each insoles are non-refundable, regardless of if they work for you or not. I purchased almost $2000 worth of products that aggravated existing health conditions and made walking unbearable. I was told I had to come in again, do another fitting and wait at least 60 days and then only the insoles are eligible for refund, not the other products that they insisted were needed. Save your money, see a podiatrist, and work with a company that actually has their customer’s best interest in mind.
