  I had a wonderful experience getting my eyeglasses. Zondria was very helpful, friendly, and professional. She took the time to help me with everything and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I really appreciate her excellent customer service and would definitely recommend her to anyone getting glasses!

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about the team at Target Optical in Allen, Texas! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by such a warm, welcoming, and professional group of people. They work together so cohesively, and it’s obvious that they genuinely care about their customers. Jonathon was attentive, considerate, kind, and caring throughout my entire experience. He took the time to listen, answer my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. His patience and personal attention truly stood out. It is refreshing to encounter a team that works so well together while treating customers with such genuine kindness and respect. Thank you!   I can honestly not say enough good things about the entire team. I was there for 2 hours between my exam, picking out, and ordering new glasses because I'm indecisive and this was the first time I was picking out glasses without my mom whom I lost last year. It may seem strange to some, but this was yet another first that was hard and emotional for me. This whole team was so kind throughout the whole process. They took the time to explain all the costs to me and help me find the right new fit for me. I HIGHLY recommend visiting these wonderful people and their beautiful hearts 🩵🩵🩵

  I had a fantastic experience at the Target Optical at 150 East Stacy Road in Allen, TX, thanks to Jonathan. He helped me pick out frames and was incredibly patient while I tried on what felt like every pair in the store, offering honest, helpful recommendations until we found the perfect fit. He also walked me through my insurance and billing details clearly, making sure I understood exactly what was covered and what I'd be paying out of pocket — no surprises. On top of that, he took the time to properly adjust my glasses so they fit comfortably. His knowledge, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond made the whole process so much easier. Highly recommend asking for Jonathan if you visit this Target Optical!
