Blessings—-That is the word that has swirled around my mind since I was asked to write about my Pure Barre experience. I am blessed to have my body, mind, and spirit nurtured at each and every PB class. My body has gained strength and my balance has improved, my mind has learned to relax, while also forging friendships with women of all ages and stages. We have shared mostly laughs, along with a few tears, allowing me to grow into myself (finally). They say, “growing old is not for the faint of heart” and with PB, my heart health is at optimum levels, and that is important to me because my goal in life is to always keep up with my VIP blessings - my grandkids! Thank you Pure Barre!

The customer service is very lacking here. I emailed the general manager to cancel 3 months ago my supposed month to month membership! Celeste failed to email me back after I initially cancelled. Then I noticed I was charged after I had canceled. Celeste said she would refund the money even though they need 30 day written notice to cancel apparently (so much for month to month more like pay for two months to cancel). Never saw a refund for that even though she said she would. She also assured me that my membership was canceled and I would not be charged again. I was going to let this go but now it’s May and they have charged me again! This is outrageous. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Update: they did issue a refund for the month of May after I called several times and emailed. Now they are trying to charge me a $25 refund fee. These people just never quit trying to take your money. If you do not want this service forever just know stopping is too much of a hassle. I just want them to stop and leave me alone.

I have been part of this group for several months already and I would not be more happy about my decision to sign up. The GM along with all the instructors are always helpful, Celeste goes the extra mile to help with any issues. I have a Barre studio less than a mile from home, but I don’t mind driving 10 miles to Allen, they always make you feel welcome.
