I waited about 15 minutes for them to confirm the order from my doctor. They gave me free bottled water (it was summer!) and then I walked to the x-ray room. The whole visit took less than half an hour. Excellent service!

Very poor experience with the billing department. I’ve had to make multiple calls and send repeated emails to request a refund for an overcharge on my MRI scan. Each time, they take down my details and promise a callback, but no one ever follows up.
