  Horrible customer service experience. The lady working the window today, July 4th, was so rude to me and wouldn't give me an opportunity to talk. She literally yelled at me in front of my wife and child. Which I was completely shocked over this because I wasn't arguing with her about anything at all. I was having what I thought was a normal interaction with her. My wife was stunned. Completely uncalled for and I will never use this pharmacy again.

  If I could leave 0 stars I would. Quite possibly the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. Had to take my husband to urgent care as he was extremely sick and had a fever of over 102 degrees. The doctor sent the prescription over to the pharmacy and sent us with a paper copy so we could have the prescription filled tonight to get my husband some relief. Pulled into the drive through at 7:35 and waited for the car in front of us to be taken care of before speaking with the pharmacy staff at 7:41. I explained to them the situation, gave them the paper copy of the medications that needed to be filled and they said it was simply not possible as they closed in 20 minutes. Pharmacist Leah was especially rude and said he doesn’t need the medication tonight even though my husband was visibly ill in the passenger seat of my car. I asked if she could call the prescribing doctor and instead of just filling the prescription, she sat there and pretended she was on the phone with the provider. After the supposed phone call she told me she won’t fill it tonight with no other reasoning than “We close in 20 minutes and we’ve been here for 12 hours”…as if every other healthcare worker including myself does not understand that 12 hour shifts are demanding. She then refused to give me the document back so I could see if maybe I could take it somewhere else to get filled tonight. I called after leaving to ask why she couldn’t fill it and why I couldn’t have the document back and she was very rude on the phone.

  We love Market Street Pharmacy. They always take great care of us and our family. Heather was a awesome today. My husband's prescription had gotten messed up earlier this week and she came to our rescue. She got it straightened our and we were able to leave town on vacation. Thank you Heather and Market street for being so awesome!

  Terrible customer service and delivery and you just get to run around in circles for 9 hours trying to get a prescription to your home that you need desperately
