- DDDoug5 days ago1.0Terrible customer service and delivery and you just get to run around in circles for 9 hours trying to get a prescription to your home that you need desperately
- ARAaron RobertsMay 2, 20261.0Gave a one star a few weeks ago for other reasons…. fast forward to today, after hours at a walk-in clinic my wife goes to pick up antibiotics for my 2 year old. After standing in line to get to the counter at 0950 only to be laughed at and said there’s no way they could be filled tonight. After expressing that we’re leaving first thing in the morning to drive to a funeral they suggested filling it where ever we were going. Staff were not only rude to my wife but the people in front of her as well. I’m sorry but you’re in the medical field… occasionally you might have to stay late… any other medical professional would be required to stay to help their patients. Called them as soon as she got home…9:57… of course no answer. I know simple dosage calculation and it should only like 5 minutes to compound a liquid antibiotic… lazy, hateful people working at this location. I don’t know why they got into the medical field but it clearly wasn’t to help people. Abilene needs a 24hr pharmacy!!!!!!

So we come back the next day, and they still didn't have them. And now we have to wait another day, we felt it was because she was African American, judging by the way we were talked to and dealt with.
