- BCBill ClantonSep 7, 20265.0I shopped several glasses options in Abilene, Eyemart Express and the adjoining Open Eyes Vision Center provided the best overall value and experience. Dr. Avilez at Open Eyes Vision was quick and thorough, performing a complete exam for $100 that included retinal dilation. At Eyemart, Makenna expertly guided me through the process of choosing lenses and frames. She honored her initial quote and avoided the pushy upsells. I paid $400 total for two equal-value pairs of glasses with progressive lenses and quality frames, both backed by a one-year warranty. The only minor drawback was a limited selection of men's frames, though this seems standard across most optical stores. Highly recommended.
- PDPenelope DelacruzAug 22, 20265.0Super nice people. Great place to get your eyes looked at.
- CACaptain AmericaAug 15, 20265.0The young gentleman, who has worked there 3 years, forgive me for his name escapes me, was a delight and a blessing. He took the time to fit my glasses to my face and went above and behind. We will definitely be back.
- LMLynn MartinAug 8, 20261.0Waiting 30 mins just to pick up glasses is absolutely diabolical. Why is there not one person dedicated to customers for pickup. I will never come here again
- MBmisty breidenbachAug 4, 20261.0Service was not exceptional, I have foster children and they acted like we was not their kind of clients and did not cover lenses if scratched by a 6 and 5 year old.
