  Here’s the deal. I get that they have to close for lunch. My issue is that I got there before 1:00 and they had already closed. Is 1:00 a subjective number? Is it a mere suggestion? Does the pharmacy take liberties at what they deem 1:00?

  I’ve never had a poor experience. Everyone is always friendly and there is never a line.

  My husband needed a prescription that was actually already filled in Gallatin but called to see if he could possibly get it here in White House and they were super helpful and got it filled in less than an hour and helped him get his prescriptions moved over to the White House store. We called Gallatin Kroger Marketplace store to see if they could help us and they never answer their telephone. When we picked up the prescription the tech was super friendly and helpful ! Thanks!

  There's always a line inside the building and outside the building either one u have to wait 20-30mins none of them ask how my day was or seem happy they all think no one can afford there medication and tell u that you have to wait hours for medication thats already packed in a box.. so I have to wait a extra day to get my medication I hate this place but it's the one place close to my house and Kroger is supposed to be cheaper than Walgreens so thats another reason I go there

  This pharmacy has a tremendous problem with timeliness. A suggestion might be to use the drive up window more efficiently. This can happen if they will truly make it a DROP OFF/PICKUP window only instead of a "drop off and wait while it's filled" window. It is understandable that some folks can not get out of their car but they can make two trips if needed. AND if that idea is found to be unacceptable then Kroeger might consider building a second drive up so they can accommodate those who prefer to "wait" and those who have jobs, other tasks, etc that do not afford them time to hang out in the drive thru window line. And to those who say "well park and go in if you don't want to wait" - ha! Tried that but when your tech is busy "visiting" with the drive up customer and the other tech is busy doing whatever guess what? You got it - the line inside grows🙄😣. Point is currently this Pharm offers a no win practice!!!
