Physical Therapy
LIFT Therapy / Sports Plus Rehab Centers provide physical, occupational and speech therapy for all ages here in West Tennessee. We have been in business since 1996 providing one on one care to all rehabilitation diagnoses, neurological problems, and any post-op surgical cases. We serve the pediatric population as well as adults of all ages. Aquatic Therapy and Athletic Trainers round out our services for all ages as well. We take all insurances that JMCGH takes and also see direct access.

    Trenton Sports Plus is the best place to receive PT! The folks at Sports Plus Trenton are like family to me. Everything about this place from the time you walk in the door, the care and thought put into the therapy you receive, the POSITIVE results as a result of the therapy, and even the greetings as you leave is top notch! This type of service is not only once in a while but rather week after week as I've been a patient there for several years due to a chronic condition. Karen, Mike, Felicia, Cara Beth, and Emily are the real deal. I wouldn't go to any other place!
