  One of my hearing aids randomly stopped working in the middle of the day. The audiologist I purchased my hearing aids from is over an hour away from me due to me moving. I didn’t have time that day to make that commute so I stopped in here to see if there was anything they could do. Without hesitation he took my hearing aid to the back to see if he could get it to work again, despite the fact that I didn’t purchase these from this location. Unfortunately we weren’t able to get it working again as it was more than likely an internal issue that the manufacturer needs to fix, but his eagerness to help me was very impressive. Great service!

  Completely satisfied with every aspect of my dealings with this facility. Personnel are friendly and professional; answers all my questions and takes care of my aids at each appointment. Could not be more pleased.

  Got my hearing aids about a month ago, and so far, I love them. My experience with the staff at Miracle Ear has been very good too. I would recommend them!

  The lady that tested me was polite but when it came down to the finance I was ghosted have not heard anything they could have atleast called me and say something

  Miranda Speck helped my husband Walter and was professional and very helpful! She was able to determine how much he really wasn’t hearing. Thank you so much!!
