- SSStonkJan 26, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. The staff member who performed the pre-checks, Ali, was extremely rude and harsh, especially toward children. He showed no patience or empathy and did not know how to communicate or reassure a child who was sick and in pain. Additionally, the nurse practitioner, Rachael Neudecker, examined my child but failed to send the prescription afterward. This became a serious issue because there was a snow and ice storm over the weekend, the clinic was closed on Saturday and Sunday, and we had no way to get help. AND MY KID IS STILL SUFFERING WITH PAIN FROM LAST THREE DAYS. Basic processes like patient communication and prescription handling were not followed. If staff members are unable to treat patients—especially children—with empathy, patience, and professionalism, they should not be working in a clinical setting. When a clinic fails in basic care and follow-up, it puts patients—especially children—at unnecessary risk. This should be taken very seriously by management.
- PKPradeep KAug 24, 20255.0We visited Nurse Practitioner Aira Vinas for my daughter’s fever and rash. She was very thorough, calm, and caring throughout the checkup. She took the time to explain things clearly and helped my daughter feel comfortable, even while supporting her through the tests. We really appreciated the way she handled everything and felt very reassured by her care.
- MMMichelleNov 20, 20231.0The nurse practitioner was great however the front desk/ patient tech was very rude on 11/19. I brought my son in for a strep test. She took us to the room & wouldn’t even acknowledge us. She explained what she was going to do to the wall in a cold manner. She swabbed my son who was scared but she didn't speak one word to him. She seemed very irritated! Her bedside manner was horrible! My son was crying after the swab & she didn’t even acknowledge him. She slammed the door & left without saying one word.I won’t be returning. Horrible bedside manner! Do better! I reported this to corporate.
