  Not a good experience - should have looked at their reviews first. Physicians Assistant lied and did not give qualified medical advice. Took my teenage daughter for UTI symptoms and Liza Samuel, PA refused to give her a prescription because she said we should go to an ER to make sure it hadn't moved to her kidney. She had zero pain in her back where kidneys are and other labs were normal so no reason to suspect that. When I asked about giving her an oral antibiotic to try first, she said oral antibiotics are ineffective on kidneys. Flat out lie. Not feeling like we had any other choice, I took her to an ER. After waiting for 3.5 hours, we were seen by Dr. Nowak and she agreed that it was WAY overkill to send her to an ER for a UTI. She said oral antibiotics are absolutely effective for kidneys too and my daughter should have never been sent to an ER for a plain old UTI. We spent hours of wasted time and who knows how much money since we haven't met our deductible yet because Liza is inept and doesn't know that oral antibiotics work on kidneys just fine. In fact, that's exactly what the ER prescribed, oral antibiotics, before we finally got to go home. What a waste of time and money. We will NOT be going back to this little clinic ever again.

  Turned me away in pain at 6:30pm, said no more spots left. They close at 7:30. It's a "walk-in" clinic turning people away an hour before close! They explained the empty waiting room away with "people are waiting in their cars". Both spots in the parking lot designated for the clinic were empty and no one was currently in the exam room. I think Holly just didn't want to risk working. I didn't take the appointment offered for the following morning, Kroger isn't providing the type care I expect.

  Was completely shocked when Little Clinic in Smyrna TN at Sam Ridley Krogers turned me away when trying to visit. The representative pretty much told me to go to Murfreesboro because they wanted to go to lunch due to company wide lunch times. Me being patient and not feeling well, I the stated "I will wait". They then insisted I go somewhere else because me sitting there made them look bad and couldn't guarantee someone would be there to see me. What a HORRIBLE facility and staff. Shame on your practices. You made yourself look bad.
