Providing neuropsychological/psychological evaluations, assessments, and counseling services to ages 4 and up. Insurance and/or private pay accepted. Our office is currently open to telehealth visits only. Our process begins with completing our paperwork, which is available outside of our office in Smyrna 24/7 or via an emailed link which can be obtained by emailing office@sabintn.com or texting our office at 615-235-6992. We are available by phone, however, due to the small size of our office staff, you may have to leave a message that will be returned within 24-48 business hours. Please use email or text messaging whenever possible, as they will ensure a much quicker response time.
