Vaccinations

Routine vaccinations are one of the easiest ways to keep yourself healthy. Our pharmacies provide annual flu vaccines, COVID-19 vaccinations, routine child and adult immunizations, catch-up vaccines and travel vaccines.

This vaccine protects against chickenpox, a disease caused by the varicella zoster virus. Adults born in 1980 or later need two doses.

This vaccine protects against coronavirus. Depending on the manufacturer, up to two doses and a booster are currently recommended.

This vaccine protects against Hepatitis A, an infection in the liver often spread by contaminated food and caused by hepatitis A virus. Adults traveling outside the country, those with chronic liver disease, and men who have sex with men need at least two doses.

This vaccine protects against Hepatitis B, a blood-borne infection of the liver caused by hepatitis B virus. Adults with chronic health conditions and healthcare workers should get three doses of this vaccine.

This vaccine protects against HPV, the major cause of cervical cancer, anal cancer, and genital warts in both women and men. Adults age 9-26 need at least two doses.

This vaccine protects against influenza, a contagious viral infection of the nose, throat, and lungs. Everyone 6 months and older should receive a yearly flu vaccine.

This vaccine protects against the respiratory disease measles, the infectious disease mumps, and the viral disease rubella. Adults born in 1957 or later need at least one dose.

There are two types of meningococcal vaccines that protect against meningococcal disease, a leading cause of bacterial meningitis infections around the brain and spinal cord. All 11-12 year olds should get a meningococcal conjugate vaccine and a booster dose at 16 years old. People age 16-23 years also may get a serogroup B meningococcal vaccine.

These vaccines protect against pneumococcal disease, caused by bacteria leading to ear and sinus infections as well as more serious lung and blood infections. If you smoke, have heart disease, asthma, chronic lung disease, or are over 65 years old, you need at least one dose.

This vaccine protects against polio, a disease that can infect a person’s spinal cord and cause paralysis. Children are recommended to get one vaccine dose at 2 months old, 4 months old, 6 through 18 months old, and 4 through 6 years old.

This vaccine protects against shingles, a painful skin rash caused by the varicella zoster virus. Adults age 50 and older need two doses.

These vaccines protect against tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis which are contagious bacterial diseases. Adults need one dose of Tdap, then a Td or Tdap booster every 10 years.

Physical & Wellness Screenings

Our pharmacies offer a number of wellness screenings to help detect and prevent certain diseases.

When you come in for a biometric screening, your provider will measure your height, weight and blood pressure. They will also test your blood glucose, and lipids (cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL, LDL) using a finger prick to obtain a blood sample. Before leaving you will have your results along with risk reduction counseling to help you achieve your optimum health. **Biometric Screenings are available at select pharmacies only.

Blood glucose measurement detects the amount of glucose (sugar) in the bloodstream. High or low blood sugars could indicate a metabolic condition, such as diabetes.

Hemoglobin A1C measures your average blood glucose (sugar) over the past 90 days. An elevated hemoglobin A1C could indicate the presence of diabetes. **Hemoglobin A1C Screenings are available at select pharmacies only.

Cholesterol screening measures the amount of cholesterol, triglycerides, high density lipoprotein (HDL) and low density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol levels in the blood. Cholesterol screenings can detect conditions such as high cholesterol or high triglycerides.

This really is the worse pharmacy. Customer service is horrid. My bf and I fill our dogs prescription here and the allergy prescription is for 30 days and its supposed to be taken 3 times a day (thats 90 pills). For some reason the bottle said it should last for 3 months or something. I still said and had 90 pills in it with the same instructions of taking it 3 times a day. Of course, we run out earlier than 3 months. We actually usually only give it to him twice a day and it lasts longer than its supposed to. They had the nerve to tell us to watch how much we are giving our dog bc we shouldn't be out already. We ask her to read tge bottle and got her to make the calculation herself. She tells us to wait and they will get it together. While waiting a SECOND lady back there says out loud "omg! They are overdosing thier dog, they shouldn't be out already" ... not knowing we are sitting there. Please hire employees who can read and calculate correctly, who don't accuse people are overdosing thier animals.

The staff is all very nice but I am concerned with the fact that I alone am the only person managing awareness of interactions between medications. It’s bad enough my docs don’t seem educated on or concerned enough to tell me before prescribing if they are dangerous with other meds but the fact that I only use this location for rx and not once have they brought to my attention conflicting meds prescribed as an issue. They do always ask If I have questions but of course I don’t if none of the professionals are making me aware of potential issues. I am having to go to every doc and ask “opinions” just to get informed of something there is no reason a pharmacy is not aware of and capable of communicating while handing me the meds. You all should do better in that regard.

Extremely frustrating experience with this pharmacy. I’ve tried calling multiple times and no one ever answers the phone. It makes it really difficult to get basic questions answered or manage prescriptions. Customer service needs serious improvement.

This pharmacy is awesome. The farmers and the associates really care about their patience. I always ask you if you have any questions about your medication and they always thank you. This is the only pharmacy I use.

First review I’ve ever left in my life but absolutely needed to be done. Worst staff I’ve ever interacting with. Extremely rude, the lady was in the worst mood. This pharmacy is very convenient but going to be driving an extra 10 minutes to the next one so I never have to deal with her again
