  It's expensive and probably works better than the stuff at Walmart. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

  My friend and I (both women) were in this store recently and she picked up a bottle of concentrated peppermint oil which immediately broke into a thousand pieces in her hand. We asked the manager, Rick, if we could use his restroom to wash her hands and he adamantly refused. He would not help us in any way not even offering a paper towel!! We finally got him to find a trash can but only after continued pleading. This guy was RUDE, MEAN and totally INSENSITIVE to our plight despite the fact there was only one other customer in the store. He treated us like intruders instead of customers stating that it wasn't HIS fault but the fault of the manufacturer. We had to run several hundred feet to find another restroom to clean up my friend who was covered in oil. Her clothes stained and her hands severely irritated. This was the most abysmal customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. RICK should be ashamed and FIRED!! He is the definition of a misogynist and a jerk!
