- DMD MJul 25, 20261.0I would not recommend Tennessee Quality Care. I am very, very disappointed with the services my grandmother received. We trusted the wound care nurse to recognize signs of a possible infection, especially after my mother and my grandmother’s caregiver repeatedly voiced concerns that the wound had a strong odor and might be infected. Those concerns were dismissed, and we were told it did not appear to be infected. She barely came on her schedule days and did not answer any calls when she missed her days coming out. My grandmother was later diagnosed with sepsis. As a family, we feel let down and believe our concerns should have been taken more seriously. We honestly feel we could have managed her wound care ourselves if this was the level of care she was going to receive. Our experience has caused us to lose confidence in this agency, and I cannot recommend their services to others.
