  I was just told “we are closed” at 5:56pm. I’m sorry but four minutes is four minutes. My mother needs her medication because she is being discharged from the hospital from a spinal surgery. And when I told her it’s not even 6 PM all she did was shrug. We will definitely be taking all of my mom’s prescriptions to Walgreens from now on. Unacceptable.when the sign says you close at 6pm it doesn’t mean you turn off all the computers at 5:50pm and go home at 6:00pm. You should be ready to give someone a prescription at 5:59 if need be.

  My husband and I are new to this area. We didn't have a Kroger's Pharmacy near us and since it is convenient as well as close to our home,thought we would try it. My experience was that the pharmacist will communicate with your doctor and then follow up with you if any errors are found. Definitely looking out for their customers so that is a good thing. I found the pharmacy technicians to be very helpful and friendly.
