  We love Dr. Poe! I have three athletes and she’s always so helpful in treating their injuries! She has many different options for treatment. She’s quick to get them in to the office as well! Highly recommend! 5 stars!!!

  I had an amazing experience at Cryo and Contour! I’m 40 and had started experiencing urine gushing out every time I sneezed and I sneeze five times in a row so it quickly became embarrassing and concerning. Dr. Poe recommended the Emsella treatment, which is like doing thousands of Kegels in one session. The best part is you simply sit on the device nothing invasive at all, which was such a relief! After just ONE session, my symptoms were completely gone. I feel confident again and no longer worry when I sneeze. Dr. Poe is knowledgeable and offers truly effective, cutting-edge solutions.
