I recently purchased glasses at Target at the Nashville West location in Nashville, TN. I have a very small face so therefore, I was limited to what looked best on my face. The optician, Brittany Thompson was very helpful in finding the right frame that would best fit my face. Not only did she help with the frame, but helped with the choosing right color to match my hair color. She was very knowledgeable about looking at your face shape and the closeness of your eyes with your nose to know how to make the right decision. Brittany was also extremely courteous and I really appreciated her honesty and patience along with her professionalism in choosing the right frame because glasses are an investment and you want to be happy since you have to live with them for awhile. I highly recommend the Nashville West Target Optical. They have a great selection at great prices and Brittany and her expertise were AMAZING!

I love Doctor Jackson! Her receptionist, however, was absolutely rude!!. She wasn’t at the desk when my son walked in, and he waited for 10 minutes. He stepped out to use the restroom and when he returned 5 minutes later, she told him he had to reschedule. He said respectfully that he was there previously for ten minutes waiting on her. This is when I came in, and she proceeded to ignore his request to be seen and would only speak to the next patient behind him. I spoke up and asked her to allow him to be seen and she ignored and talked over me. I respectfully asked her again and she called me miserable and then made the sounds of a crying baby. I then went out and got the other lady who was kind enough to tell her he was there and needed to be seen. The doctor came out and we went back because it was my sons turn( not because of anything the receptionist did) where I informed her of the incident. The doctor told me they have had several complaints about her behavior already. I told her in my opinion she needs to be fired for the sake of her business. I have never been treated so poorly in my life, and I highly doubt my family of 5, who all wear glasses, will be returning to Target Optical.

She was so kind, patient, and thorough, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Excellent service from start to finish.

I rarely leave a review but I was blown away with the professionalism, patience and kindness with the optical team. Was pleasantly greeted and welcomed by Tiffany. Dr. Jackson was by far one of the best vision doctors I have had and I highly recommend. The optician experience was a 10 out of 10. Brittany and Raquel had a office full of people and they were able to help everyone out in a timely manner. Brittany was very hands on and gave great suggestions. I was very indecisive and she was very patient with me and helped me pick out a pair of glasses that looked great. Brittany and Raquel were very knowledgeable and explained my insurance and measurements to me to where it was simple to understand. Highly recommend this location and team!!!
