  I got my first-ever IV yesterday and had the absolute BEST experience with Makenzie. I was a little nervous to do it but she was so sweet and encouraging and so good at what she does. Highly recommend Pause for all things wellness. The vibes are immaculate

  I went to Paul's West Nashville today and I had a wonderful experience! The float tank was amazing. The cold plunge was exhilarating and then I got an IV with a boost of B12 and I am on fire today.

  I absolutely love Pause! I’ve used their IV services and other modalities and have had an amazing experience every time.   Pause is the best kept secret that should be known for everyone. A kind group of host that make you feel welcomed each time you walk in the door. Plenty of options and packages to choose from as well. Forgot to mention, clean and updated equipment as well. Worth visiting.
