  Awesome staff and experience! I almost fell asleep during both the Aescape massage and Float! The massage is really neat because you are able to adjust how much pressure is applied on your body as the massage runs so it’s accommodated to your preference as you go.

  Love the location, offerings, & the customer service. Facilities are top notch as well. Can’t recommend Pause enough for your maintenance & recovery needs.

  I absolutely love Pause! I’ve used their IV services and other modalities and have had an amazing experience every time. The staff is so friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and they make the whole process feel easy and comfortable. I always leave feeling refreshed, hydrated, and like I’ve given my body exactly what it needed.
