really enjoyed myself here. the aesthetics are plush, wellness options have range, and the prices are good. float experience was great and their amenities + shower products quality is on point. Tate was welcoming, gave me a tour, and offered great package deals after the first session

I can’t recommend Pause Nashville enough! Kayla was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The entire team, including Zack, always has my best interests in mind and genuinely cares about helping me recover and feel my best. It’s become my favorite way to spend a recovery day. Professional, welcoming, and always an amazing experience!
