My favorite is perhaps the sauna/ cold plunge , but I’m also a fan of compression therapy and cryo. Pause is a little oasis in the midst of busy Nashville that allows you to fully relax for a while, and all the staff are wonderful. It’s a place you’ll want to come back to.
