  My wife booked a float appointment for me, hoping to relieve a little stress. I don’t wanna tell her the true experience so I figure I at least give a review. I would say the place was pretty nice but other than that, I didn’t seem very welcoming. I’ve been to other places like “true rest” where these people truly make you feel appreciated. My main issue was as the host mentioned, the shower before and after is a big part of these floats but unfortunately, the water didn’t work properly. I took a shower beforehand and noticed the water was cold so I wasn’t able to truly prepare for the float. This cold shower took up most of the float time. I figure maybe it’ll get warmer by the time I get out. Of course the lady explained to me how important it is to get the salt off of your body afterwards, but what she didn’t explain was that their water heater was down and there was no way to take a warm shower. So I get to the front counter afterwards and ask her was it intentional that the water didn’t get warm and she said “sorry but our hot water heater is down.” I’m thinking isn’t that something you explained to the customer prior to and if I’m running the company or even managing it I don’t let no one book service that involve showers. Which I would guess every customer would like to have a decent shower before and after. She seemed to really not care as much and didn’t offer me a discount for the service or coupon for the next service, which I found strange knowing that beforehand, she knew that the hot water did not work. So full of salt all over my body and my hair I had to drive back across town to take an additional shower which I had not planned.

  Hannah has a beautiful smile and was so cheerful welcoming in me and others in the store. She gave me a tour of the other amenities at the Greenhills location. I used the Pod but will return for the cryogenic chamber, sauna, cold pool, and red light Thepary. Highly recommend to runners training for races in the coming spring/fall.

  Such a relaxing and welcome place! Shower was stocked with the essentials, staff was so kind, and the sauna and IV were both fantastic!
