Jonathan at Green Hills Mall, did an excellent job caring for my husband’s glasses. It was abundantly clear that he knew exactly what to do to resolve the issue, all while wearing the most endearing smile! He’s the reason we will be back to LensCrafters to purchase more frames! Thanks, Jonathan!

The customer service is top notch. They are extremely knowledgeable, communicative, and they assist in the right specs and choices, all the while making you feel comfortable with your purchases. I highly recommend this location!

I need to be totally honest. I met this guy at LensCrafters today. I had been looking online at a pair of glasses you carry, and this salesperson, Andrew, helped me. He was incredibly kind and had answers for everything. It feels almost impossible to get good service anywhere these days. I’m not even that old, but I’m definitely noticing it. I asked for Andrew’s card, went home, and did some research. The glasses I wanted were about $150 cheaper online. I called Andrew and simply asked if there was anything else he could do. He actually worked on the lens options and found me a setup that was cheaper than what I found online. I then asked him about the differences and the quality of the Varilux lenses. He completely sold me, and it never felt “salesy.” He just had answers, facts, and real knowledge. It genuinely felt like he cared. I actually became excited to buy from him instead of shopping online. So yeah... I never write reviews like this.

Came in with a very busted set of glasses. Staff immediately came to my aid and put together a fix that I didn’t even believe was possible. Amazing service and class act.

I had the best experience at LensCrafters today. I was able to receive an eye exam as a walk in, and the staff was very welcoming. Olivia, Dr. Ducklo, Jason, and Jonathan were all very professional, efficient, and helpful with completing my eye exam and helping me pick out my first pair of glasses! I will definitely be going back for my annual exam every year! They will take great care of you!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
