- BMBo MatthewsMay 12, 20265.0I need to be totally honest. I met this guy at LensCrafters today. I had been looking online at a pair of glasses you carry, and this salesperson, Andrew, helped me. He was incredibly kind and had answers for everything. It feels almost impossible to get good service anywhere these days. I’m not even that old, but I’m definitely noticing it. I asked for Andrew’s card, went home, and did some research. The glasses I wanted were about $150 cheaper online. I called Andrew and simply asked if there was anything else he could do. He actually worked on the lens options and found me a setup that was cheaper than what I found online. I then asked him about the differences and the quality of the Varilux lenses. He completely sold me, and it never felt “salesy.” He just had answers, facts, and real knowledge. It genuinely felt like he cared. I actually became excited to buy from him instead of shopping online. So yeah... I never write reviews like this.
