  Love this location! Greeted right as I walked in. took 5-10 minutes to get started on my visit. Kind and patience staff. Dr.Joise is wonderful! She explained to me a complex eye condition using a tissue. She also helped me through medical appts anxiety .

  Felt extremely rushed. Dr ducklo didn’t make any eye contact which is bizarre he is an eye doctor ! He rattled off some scripted lines and forgot To even fit me for contacts. When the receptionist noticed he rushed me in the room asking what I wanted mind you I have never worn contacts. I don’t know anything about what I want. I left I do not recommend this doc. He seemed very off.

  Disappointing experience overall. The service was very slow, and it felt like the associate was trying to manage multiple customers rather than actually working with me one-on-one. The lens selection was the biggest issue. The most premium lens option was selected immediately, even though my prescription did not require it. It felt more like an upsell than a recommendation based on my actual needs. Thankfully, I was familiar with the different lens options and knew to question it. I chose this location expecting a better selection and experience, but unfortunately, I left feeling more like a sale than a customer. I would expect clearer and more honest recommendations based on the customer’s prescription and needs.

  I had a terrible experience at this lens crafters. I made an appointment on the weekend and made sure my insurance covered it. When I arrive I was informed they do not dilate on the weekends and I would need to pay out of pocket for this. I rescheduled to an appointment during the week. I called and informed someone I would be late due to excessive traffic. The girl informed me they were not busy at that time and that it was completely fine. When I arrived I was informed I would need to pay 50$ and that they couldn’t see me for an hour. I asked why I would have to pay 50$ and the girl said “it’s an on time thing.”I don’t know why they wouldn’t inform me of this on the phone when I called prior. I would have rescheduled. The girl was incredibly unprofessional. Her tone of voice was rude and demeaning and laid back like she couldn’t care less. I definitely will not be back here. I want to add the guys working in the frames department were super kind. It was only my experience in the optical doctor office that made me choose to go somewhere else. So I had my exam done at target optical and they were fantastic.
