  If I could give zero stars I would. Extremely disappointed in the administrative handling of referrals at this office. After being referred by my physician, my paperwork sat completely ignored. When I called to respectfully follow up on scheduling, the staff was dismissive, rude, and made it clear that patients are viewed as a burden rather than people seeking care. A second doctor referred me to Dr LaGrone, and again ignored. Chronic pain patients deserve basic professionalism and timely communication, neither of which are provided by the front office here. Go elsewhere if you want an office that actually coordinates care.

  I contacted Dr. Legron’s office hoping to establish rheumatology care. I have both Medicare and Medicaid, but I was told by the office staff that they do not accept my Medicaid coverage because “Medicaid pays less.” I understand that medical practices have the right to decide which insurance plans they participate in, but hearing that stated so directly was extremely disappointing—especially when patients depend on these programs to access specialty care. Access to rheumatology care is already difficult to find, and insurance-based barriers make it even harder for patients to receive appropriate treatment. I hope the practice will reconsider how it approaches patients with Medicaid coverage in the future.

  I saw Dr LagroneTuesday of this week. I have to say the ladies front desk were so nice and helpful.Dr Lagrone was amazing. He had reviewed my records took a lot of time with me! He’s a very caring physician! I highly recommend him…nice guy!

  The staff is top notch. Clean and welcoming atmosphere-- NOT antiseptic. It puts you at ease. The providers are knowledgeable and competent- they handle your concerns without judgement or dismissal. Very respectful and friendly. Highly recommend.
