  I have been coming to this pharmacy regularly for quite a while, but unfortunately the customer service has consistently been inattentive. The African American female pharmacist often comes across as though she hates her job and that customers are bothering her. There’s never a smile, greeting, or even basic pleasantries. Recently, I had an urgent need for my daughter’s medication after an ER visit. I tried calling the pharmacy at least 10 times, and the phone just rang with no answer. I finally called the front desk to ask if the pharmacy was even open because I desperately needed to speak with the pharmacist. After being put on hold for several minutes, I was told, “Yeah, they are open. Their phone has been ringing off the hook.” I responded, “Yes, because they’re ignoring it.” The only advice I got was, “I would just try and call again.” Since I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone, I had to drive to Kroger myself to ask about my daughter’s prescription, only to be met with more attitude from the same pharmacist. I have genuinely tried to give this pharmacy a chance for well over a year, but I can’t continue dealing with the poor communication and lack of customer care especially when it involves urgent medication for a child.

  The people that work here are very kind, and professional. I always have a good experience when I go here. I can say the microphone from the drive through, should be private, so everyone and their mother cannot hear what is being said from the drive through though and that should be changed immediately. I appreciate the people who work here.
