  My husband and I went in and got over $200 worth of products and we were told by the associate that if we signed up for the pro membership, it would be $20 instead of $40 since they were having a BOGO sale. We checked out and got the pro membership discounts but our receipt showed we paid full price for upgrading. I went back in to show the guy and he said, oh, I must have read it off of the screen wrong, so you just got the discounts. I asked if he could give us $20 store credit and he refused. That's a little too sneaky salesy and we won't be back to this location. The guy acted nice and helpful, but then was on the phone with his manager, telling him about signing up a pro membership over $200. I'll gladly change my review to 5 stars if they offer a store credit.

  Got everything I could possibly think of that I needed and wanted! Kevin was also amazing, super genuine, and had a lot of helpful knowledge! Sure I could use Amazon deliver to my door, but I won’t, I’m coming back just because of Kevin!

  I called before visiting GNC Donelson and I spoke with “Moe”. She was very pleasant and helpful over the phone and she assured me GNC Donelson had the particular product in stock. I arrived maybe 1 hour later and Moe not only remembered me calling her but she also did more research about the product I was looking for and offered me 2 options and explained to me the difference between the two products. Moe signed me up the GNC rewards program and explained to me all of the benefits I would gain. I’m writing this review because you don’t come across great customer service these days. She was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, professional, kind and patient. What more can a customer ask for. Thank you Moe! GNC you have a great employee on your hands!! I hope the right people see this review. She made me day! Moe is her nickname I believe her government name is madelyn Something like that I can’t remember but I do remember Moe :)

  we had a wonderful experience today at GNC Miss Mo was very sweet and really helpful, we will be back i give her 5 stars.
