I just pulled up on a normal Saturday to a sign saying they won’t be returning until 4 o’clock. It is 12 PM… I’d shop at any other location to avoid a potentially wasted trip. emergencies happen, but this location seems to be staffed kind of unprofessionally to be left closed for that long even in the case of an emergency.

I’d suggest this location be closed. I’ve been by there many times in the last month. A large portion of the time; it’s closed. Today was due to systems down. Also why do employees of GNC take customer parking AT THE door . Seems like employees should park further out.

My experience was a 10 out of 10 couldn't ask for any better fast and friendly service by the young man working at the Old Lebanon Pike location in Nashville on 6/7/26 between 12pm and 1pm .

Braden made my day! He’s honest and very well educated. His knowledge about the products helped me finding what I needed and his honesty about the ones he hadn’t tried made me feel safe that he didn’t tried to throw products saying they’re all good.
