It’s the middle of the day, I stopped by, did errands, came back 30 minutes later and this sign was still there. What’s the point of even claiming you’re open

Multiple times I’ve came 10-15 minutes after opening time and store was still closed.

Every time I come to this location there is always a paper sign on the door saying they open at 11am... supposed opening time is 10am. Sometimes they are always closed for no reason. I like this location because of the people who work here but man.

This store has a good selection, but the customer service I received was poor. The name on the guys badge was Eric. When we walked in he was on his laptop watching a movie. I understand that working by yourself can get boring, but when a customer walks in, the laptop should have been put away. He didn't greet me and didn't ask if I needed help finding anything. Don't get me wrong, I don't like to be bothered when I'm shopping but when we did ask him a question, it was like pulling teeth to get an answer. I was looking for a "pre-work out" formula. I said "I’m looking for some type of pre- work out formula. Where would that be?" He's response to me was: "It's everywhere..." WOW! After I walked around for another 30 minutes, he finally asked if I was looking for a particular kind, but at that point I was ready to leave.
