I got up to use the bathroom waiting on her, and when I told her this she continued to argue and called my mom “miserable”. Love the doctor, I wouldn’t recommend anyone go here until the horrible receptionist is fired.

I have been a patient of hers for 27 years and now my children are her patients, too. We drive an hour to see her for our optical needs. The office manager, Ashley, at this Target Optical (unrelated to Dr Jackson’s practice) gets ONE star. She is incredibly unprofessional and will not be getting any of my family’s business. She was dismissive and rude and argued with me on the phone for 11 minutes insisting that I had to change my appointment time that had already been booked online due to the nature of the appointment. She said she would call me back regarding the appointment and she never called. In the 10 or 11 years I’ve seen Dr Jackson at this specific location I have never had this issue, or any other issue for that matter. Target Optical should pay attention to the way their managers are treating patients, because I can guarantee there has been more than just my business lost due to this woman’s attitude and behavior.
