- UTUyen TranAug 13, 20262.0The studio was nice, but since they have lost a lot of their instructors and the parking is now managed by Metropolis it is now a nightmare! I am charged almost every time I go even with using their QR code and doing everything they tell me too. Canceling my membership as I just don’t have time to deal with this every day.
- MDMorgan DeeganJul 28, 20261.0The studio lacked adequate space. During class, an adjacent participant lost balance due to the 2.5-inch spacing between mats and made contact with my hand. Several choreographed movements required stepping or stretching beyond mat boundaries, which was not feasible given the proximity constraints of the given space between mats. Observation of surrounding participants suggested this limitation affected the entire room. The session ]ran approximately 20 minutes past the scheduled start/end time, contrary to stated punctuality requirements. Upon thanking the instructor, I received no verbal acknowledgment. Against comparable Nashville-area studios, this location fell short on every operational measure.
