  They put the care back in healthcare! I am so happy I found Complete Health Partners on Charlotte Pike, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Every aspect of my experience has been outstanding: Scheduling: Booking an appointment online is easy. Wait Times: I experienced minimal wait times for both urgent care and primary care. Environment: The office is clean, modern, and comfortable. Staff: The entire team is highly professional and genuinely friendly. Medical Care: They truly put the care back in medical care. I especially want to recognize Ashley Knight. She made me feel heard. It is rare to find a medical provider who listens so intently and genuinely cares about your well-being. Complete Health Partners is aptly named. They offer comprehensive services and truly partner with you on your health journey. If you are looking for top-tier healthcare in West Nashville, this is the place to go!

  I usually don’t leave reviews, but after seeing someone else describe almost the exact same experience I had here, I felt like I should say something. The atmosphere in this clinic felt very hostile and dismissive. I understand healthcare workers are busy and stressed, but patients shouldn’t be treated like a burden for asking questions or trying to explain their symptoms. It honestly felt like some providers stopped caring the moment they got their license. I was rushed through my visit, constantly interrupted while speaking, and my concerns were brushed off instead of actually being listened to. I was prescribed expensive medications without much explanation, and when I tried explaining what has and hasn’t worked for me before, it felt completely ignored. Instead of trying to help find a solution, I basically got the impression of “if this doesn’t work, go somewhere else.” Ashley Knight especially made me uncomfortable during my visit. She repeatedly cut me off mid-sentence, dismissed concerns before fully hearing me out, and even walked out of the room during the conversation to attend another patient. The interaction felt extremely unprofessional and honestly discriminatory. People go to urgent care because they need help, relief, and reassurance. I left feeling unheard, frustrated, financially drained from unnecessary prescriptions, and honestly worse than when I walked in. I’d strongly recommend people think carefully before coming here.

  Dr. Bueno was excellent, he was very attentive, listened to my concerns and offered great feedback. His PA student was awesome as well. She was very friendly and took time to build rapport. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive as well. The wait time was very short. I think I definitely made the choice in choosing Dr. Bueno as my new PCP.

  Vicky at the reception was very friendly and explained all my options extremely well. Ashley Knight was fantastic. She listened to everything I had to say it was quite a long visit and she didn’t rush me whatsoever. We came up with a plan and then scheduled a follow up visit three weeks later. I am so happy that I found this place. I am a self pay patient so I joined their program. I’ve done a lot of research. This is very affordable.

  Great care when I’m there, but no one ever answers the phone or emails :( I’ve been trying to get more information for my insurance claim for a month and have left numerous voicemails and emails and am still waiting to hear back. Staff is all great in person though! Just wish the communication was a bit better
