  Love this place! Great full body workout that is accessible for all levels of fitness. Instructors are great at providing modifications if you have an injury. I definitely feel stronger after coming regularly

  I absolutely love CP in Bellevue. I’m sad to see the negative reviews and would like to share my experience. I am SO GRATEFUL that Club Pilates protects the integrity of classes by not allowing folks to join late. (I’ve been late before too, but I didn’t complain about it because it was my error.) Once class starts, I don’t have to worry about interruptions. That’s important to me. Each class is a little reprieve. I’ve also had to freeze my membership temporarily. The staff members were so kind, generous, and understanding. They communicated with me about the status of my membership. I never felt pressured or stuck in harmful contracts. My experience has been wonderful and I’m very happy to be a member!

  I took my mother and wife here for their first class. Introduction class. They got there right at 6:31pm. Late by 1 minute. They got turned away because they were one minute late. You lost $300 a month simply because of unprofessionalism and lack of sympathy towards someone being a minute late. You ruined their experience before it even began. I would rate this a zero simply because of the front desk lady not allowing them to join the two other people already there. Glad I won’t spend my money here. And no that’s not true there is no text or email saying for them to arrive earlier. I’ve attached all the messages sent. No where does it say come earlier so that’s very contradicting to what you just replied to my review with

  Juli is so helpful with cueing form and being conscious of any special circumstances (back pain, wrist pain, etc) people may have.
