Chloe the class instructor was excellent and easy to understand her explanation of various positions I was not familiar with. The club was exceptionally clean and I appreciated the fact they offered coffee!!!! Thxs, I’ll be back in November.

Lauren, who called me, was incredibly dismissive and ignorant. She claimed I needed “instructor approval” to attend — despite the fact that I had previously met with the instructor, was approved, and have scheduled the same level class as I have attended before. Club Pilates is quick to penalize customers for late cancellations, yet apparently the same standards don’t apply to them. Respect for people’s time should go both ways. I will never attend this studio again.

Both studios are exceptional - the staff, the instructors, and the other participants. If you're looking for a Pilates studio or wanting to try Pilates, I'd recommend Club Pilates every time. It's addicting and a great form of exercise!
