- KAKelly AlbersMay 1, 20242.0Although the pharmacy called and said they a were waiting for pre-approval, the rest is downhill from there. My insurance denied prescription, but pharmacy didn't tell me why. I paid $95 for prescription because I need it. Found out doc office didn't finish filling out form. Easy fix. Asked for the pharmacist to call before prescription was delivered. That didnt happen. I have never used this medicine before. I had tons of questions, but ended up finding answers on medicine website. Just not thrilled with this pharmacy. Wish I could've just used my regular CVS. They answer all my questions.
