  I had a great experience at this office today with Katrina Miller. The entire team was professional, caring, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. I really appreciated the time and attention they gave during my visit. Highly recommend!

  This is my first- I prefer only leaving positive reviews when I’m really impressed about a product or service. I have to share my experience with Murfreesboro Family Medical Center. I’m a transfer patient. My PCP retired at end of December 2026. While the Nurse Practitioners seem knowledgeable and genuinely interested during my appointments, voice mail messages left on Nurse extension or personally with Receptionist, have never been returned to my satisfaction. After waiting 3 weeks, several messages, and personally walking into office last week, my last resort was scheduling an appointment with the practitioner to get ultrasound results. My appointment was today. Whether the results were good or bad, this is less than satisfactory. The practitioner explained that the office has had “double digit” complaints about this issue and the issue may be a phone system implemented in January 2026. 🤔 A couple of months ago, I also had an issue with bloodwork results indicating a change in prescription being required- the prescription was not automatically called into pharmacy for several days; in which I had to follow up with office to place the order. This is not the excellent patient care I enjoyed with my previous provider. Hopefully, management will respond correctly and respectfully to improve communications between patient and provided follow up processes.

  My husband had an appt with Dr Housden today. The staff was very courteous, professional and thorough. Dr Housden was very courteous and talked about any issues that needed to be addressed and scheduled his physical. We were excited to find out his office will be doing Telehealth! We couldn’t be more pleased and highly recommend him and his staff.

  Excellent service, caring staff. They also have a human being who answers the phone - this is a huge improvement over most businesses now.
