While I was out of town traveling, I had an issue with my glasses that felt like it was about to turn into a major disaster. I walked in, humbly asked if they could help, and without hesitation they took care of it. They did not ask if I bought my glasses there, did not make it complicated, and did not make me feel like I was an inconvenience. In no time at all, my glasses were fixed and I was on my way. I am so grateful for the kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. They turned a stressful situation into a quick, no-drama fix, and that meant more than they probably realized. Didn't remove my lens when she heated the frames so now my lens are damaged where parts of the layered protection was. Awful experience, went in for a simple fix and had to get a new pair of frames.
