The receptionist is an absolute gag … she made it seem like I wasn’t supposed to be there. She kept repeating her questions and when I spoke loudly at her she went into defense like she heard me …. So of course I had to come back …. Oh they couldn’t help me …. Like I said these people beg for bad reactions from people who don’t look like them then use that excuse ! Worse Americas best ever !

I had such a great experience at LensCrafters in Murfreesboro, TN. While I was out of town traveling, I had an issue with my glasses that felt like it was about to turn into a major disaster. I walked in, humbly asked if they could help, and without hesitation they took care of it.
They did not ask if I bought my glasses there, did not make it complicated, and did not make me feel like I was an inconvenience. In no time at all, my glasses were fixed and I was on my way.
I am so grateful for the kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. They turned a stressful situation into a quick, no-drama fix, and that meant more than they probably realized.
It is wonderful to know there are still kind, hardworking people who are ready to step up and help when someone needs it. Thank you to the team at LensCrafters in Murfreesboro.

After losing my glasses after leaving them on top of my car during a cross country trip I was in need of a new pair of glasses. I didn’t have a lot of time since I was on a tight schedule. Stopped into LensCrafters and was helped by David Boyer. After telling him my situation, he was extremely helpful and made me a pair of new glasses. The whole experience was very easy and fast. He got me back on the road in under a half hour.

“I had a great experience at LensCrafters thanks to Scott. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to make sure everything was just right. From helping me pick out frames to explaining my options, he made the whole process easy and stress-free. Customer service like that is hard to find—definitely recommend asking for Scott if you stop in!”

Went in for a bent arm and the lady turned my glasses into goggles essentially. I had to go somewhere else and she had adjusted them so much my frames snapped. Didn't remove my lens when she heated the frames so now my lens are damaged where parts of the layered protection was. Awful experience, went in for a simple fix and had to get a new pair of frames.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
