  I have done mat Pilates before but this reformer class is great. I’m 76 and have a gym I go to but I wanted more mobility specific work that Pilates gives me. I’ve just done 2 classes but Jaclyn and Karen were great and very knowledgeable Trainers!! I’ve been waiting for Mt.Juliet to get a studio and now I’ll be a regular!! The Maestro!!

  Absolutely love my experience at this Club Pilates! The studio is always clean, welcoming, and has such positive energy. Every class makes me feeling stronger and more accomplished. A huge shoutout to Stacie Pierce, she is an incredible instructor! She makes the workouts more challenging, corrects everyone’s form, and makes sure everyone feels comfortable and confident no matter their experience. Her energy and music choices are amazing and really makes each class enjoyable!

  If you would like to try Pilates Reformer for the first time, or if you are a seasoned user, I highly recommend Club Pilates in MT Juliet. Newly opened, they offer beginner and advanced classes and are adding on new challenges as they are building the studio. I have had the pleasure of taking classes with Stacey and Natalie, and if you land in either of their classes, you will leave a new and rejuvenated person! I never did Pilates Reformer in my life, and I am forever hooked now. Go check it out- you will not regret it!

  I LOVE Club Pilates! I have been an unlimited member for about 12 years now and honestly it’s the only thing that works for me! I had a neck injury when I was young and this has saved me from having to do any other medical interventions! It also helps strengthen and lengthen my body unlike any other workout has ever done! I love the small class size, the quick and effective 50 min sessions, and the team here in MJ is the best!! Jaclyn and Forisst are my go to favs! They are just so mindful of individuals needs, are clear in their instruction, and just overall so sweet If you haven’t taken a free intro class- SIGN UP NOW!!

  I've had an amazing experience at MJ Club Pilates so far. I switched to unlimited classes within my first week. Debbie and Jaclyn have been my go-to instructors. Debbie is very kind and personable, and Jaclyn is awesome! Both of them are incredibly talented at correcting form and scaling workouts to each person's needs. I’ve also tried Natalie, she’s amazing and brings great variety to the classes. Each instructor makes the workouts challenging and fun, and I genuinely look forward to the classes every day.
