  they make you feel unwelcome and attacked, then blame you for showing symptoms of your mental health struggles. i'd rather just deal with my mental illness alone the rest of my life than be tortured by these crooks.

  Had a great experience there. I had a hard time adjusting but Maddy, Gary, Ashley,genie , Aaron etc. Really helped me through everything. They even have an attorney destiny who can help alot to. 3 meals a day, they will pick you up, they have snack's, & more! Yes you can smoke in various breaks throughout the day. I wish I could've stayed longer than 3 days.

  I've called over & over trying to get in touch with someone to make an appointment & every single time that Ive called no matter what option on the automated service that you chose you sit on hold for 10 to 20+ minutes & then it hangs up on you.... This is ridiculous. I've tried several times last week & several times today to no avail. I guess the front desk at this place the people working there has the easiest job in the world.. your sure af. It having to schedule anyone'

  Scheduling is a nightmare here. I scheduled an appointment 3 months in advance from the mobile crisis unit at 12pm. They didn't tell me that they all go to lunch at exactly 12pm for an hour. Now, I've called twice from 8am and 9:20 because I haven't been able to get ahold of anyone to confirm my therapy appointment that was supposed to be over the phone at 9:30. It's about to be 9:50 and no one has gotten back to me. This is pretty bad for people who are desperate for mental help. Edit: Called 5 times and left 4 voicemails. 3 with the front desk, 1 with a supervisor. The only people that are picking up the phone is the scheduling call center. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ANSWER ME?!
