The salesman pushed several unnecessary add-ons promising that they would relieve the pain. Once we were finally able to see a podiatrist, the doctor informed us that the insoles were not a viable solution. The Good Feet Store salesman refused to acknowledge that he had been dishonest in his sales practices when we requested a refund. I would not recommend anyone to use this company. After sharing our story with friends, I’ve had two other friends tell me that they had a similar experience at the store and their products and that they would not recommend using the Good Feet Store either.
