  Having an attitude must be a requirement to be hired here. Put up ropes or something around the shelf checkout so people know where they are supposed to go. Don't just have a RUDE middle aged lady with no manners barking at people and pointing. Some of us have never been there before and are used to a different Kroger that doesn't have those lines at shelf checkout. Also maybe remember that some of your customers might be autistic and being barked at rudely shuts down our ability to think clearly and process information. Not an autistic friendly store. Very ablist. Only friendly people are the guards. Like the polite guy who realized something was wrong after I was barked out and asked if I was okay. He was lovely.

  Lord how this place has fallen. Dim lit parking lot, security checking receipts like this is a Sam’s. Barren shelves, overpriced products all for a lackluster service. The vibe of this Kroger reminds me of the murder Kroger in Atlanta. Hard to believe about 10 or so years ago this location felt safe, was clean, organized and rivaled Fresh Market and Whole Foods. Now Cash Saver feels like a better place to shop.

  Do not answer phones
