  This kroger has to be the most unprofessional, unkind, employees that lie after the interactions that I ever been too. They charged $77 for my prescriptions that were actually $00 claimed to have refunded me but after a month didn't. I called, spoke to someone that said they couldn't help me over the phone, understandable. So I came kindly asked for help, then was quickly asked what for? I stated I called about a refund, this pharmacy wouldn't even approach me, just said if you don't have a receipt I can't help you. Noted that this is the same lady that always seems upset about something. I had to start recording on my meta glasses because I couldn't believe how rude she was. It was 1:10 she stated im going to lunch called a manager then closed the pharmacy down. It's says that they go to lunch at 1:30 pm. The manager acted like he wanted to help but didn't. I have to whole interaction recorded and on my social media. Asked kroger corporate to look at it. But they refused. They couldn't care less about how a is treated there
