  Every time we call or go to the pharmacy to talk to somebody the front counter girl is rude. She doesn't answer questions or grudgingly does so with an attitude. Even though we are the patients trying to figure out if our medication has been filled she will act as if it is a burden on her to do her job she was hired for. Once when I was physically at the location to pick up my wife's prescription I asked her if my medication came through from my doctor. She said she had already talked to my wife on the phone. Apparently that was easier than telling me whether or not my medication came through. I had to ask three more times before she would tell me. I believe her name is Kiki. If not, that's what she said her name was when asked. I highly recommend going to Walgreens over this Pharmacy. Actually, almost ANY OTHER Kroger Pharmacy functions better than the pharmacy on Cleveland. For some reason they just can't get customer service right. And then, they will berate you if you act like you need the information you are legally entitled to.

  Bad service in Kroger Pharmacy, the service is so poor at the poplar store, as well as the Shelby Dr. Location......SAD!!!

  I have been using this Kroger Pharmacy for 3 years & have no complaints. The staff has always been courteous, patient & helpful. My prescriptions are always ready when promised & I am alerted promptly if there is a problem.
