- MMMalcolm MathisApr 30, 20263.0I had used Kroger at a different location, and decided to return using this store. Being 70, I am becoming somewhat forgetful, and requested my PCP to write 30 day renewals, so if I lost them, I only list weeks, not months. I verified the written orders, 5 refills. O dropped it off at 1255, and was told to return at 230. When I did return, I had all four prescriptions, with 90 day! I called corporate complaint, and the female agent had difficulty grasping the situation. I called the store, outlined the issue, and the young man I spoke with had no explanation, and said he would make a note on my profile so it doesn't happen again. Why should a profile NOTE be needed when the scrip said 30 days?

I'm not scared I'm going to get mugged or car jacked, because it's a quiet, calm, hidden-away location. The workers seem happy and content, and they treat the customers with respect and friendliness. Kroger does have some of the best prices in town (unfortunately), but the Cleveland, Union, & Poplar Plaza locations have gone downhill so much, I can't believe I even bother to go to any of them. I'm tired of Instacart (because I do tip every time), and I used to love to shop for my own groceries. I'm so grateful for this Kroger. Thanks to the employees for making it a pleasant place to shop in the heart of East Memphis.
