  On 4/21, I was in line at the (Kroger Mendenhall location) with 3 people ahead of me at 6:55. My Kroger pharmacy app told me my medication would be ready at 7pm, Their website says they do not close until 8pm. When I got to the window at 6:58, the rude girl didn’t even give me a chance to tell her my name, she just said they Aren’t taking any more customers because they are closed. I explained I was out of my medicine and their website said they close at eight and I asked to speak to a manager. She refused to let me speak to one stating, they will tell you the same thing and said you can pick it up tomorrow at 9 AM (with a smile on her face). The lady behind me asked if this was a staffing issue, and the girl told her yes. I’m sorry, you can’t let staffing issues, dictate your closing hours when it comes to a pharmacy. At the last minute, another pharmacy worker walked up and said they changed their hours on Monday (this was Tuesday, the following day) . Ours had only been updated in the window at the pharmacy, not online or on their mobile app.

  This pharmacy is this worse pharmacy I have ever seen. The assistants are very rude. Only reason I use them is they are in a convenient location

  I really enjoy shopping at this Kroger. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, the store regularly has great deals, and I appreciate that it’s very kosher-friendly. Overall, it’s a reliable and pleasant place to shop.
