- DDDRCApr 21, 20261.0On 4/21, I was in line at the (Kroger Mendenhall location) with 3 people ahead of me at 6:55. My Kroger pharmacy app told me my medication would be ready at 7pm, Their website says they do not close until 8pm. When I got to the window at 6:58, the rude girl didn’t even give me a chance to tell her my name, she just said they Aren’t taking any more customers because they are closed. I explained I was out of my medicine and their website said they close at eight and I asked to speak to a manager. She refused to let me speak to one stating, they will tell you the same thing and said you can pick it up tomorrow at 9 AM (with a smile on her face). The lady behind me asked if this was a staffing issue, and the girl told her yes. I’m sorry, you can’t let staffing issues, dictate your closing hours when it comes to a pharmacy. At the last minute, another pharmacy worker walked up and said they changed their hours on Monday (this was Tuesday, the following day) . Ours had only been updated in the window at the pharmacy, not online or on their mobile app.

One of the pharmacy techs there is incredibly mean and unhelpful. She will hang up on you. Im just trying to get meds to keep my dog alive and she wont even explain why my dogs water pills cant be filled other than repeating the same "the system says its not time yet". Now my dog is throwing up and cant keep down any food.
