  It was an unexpected visit. Everyone was kind and exceptionally professional! I would highly recommend y’all to anyone with a similar need. My doctor Dr. Michelle Smothers across the street recommended that I have the x-ray done and I was a little hesitant, but I was blown away with the professionalism and ease of the appointment. Thank you very much.

  Excellent service from the moment of entry to the moment of exiting. Front desk staff was very kind, professional, and timely. MRI technician was absolutely courteous, professional, thoughtful, and displayed such a genuine and friendly spirit. She was very knowledgeable and explained every step along the way.

  I was given a list of places that I could go for a hip Xray by my physician. I chose East Memphis Imaging because they offer walk in appointments for Xray. I was very happy with the customer service of every person I came in contact with. Also, I was surprised that they were able to take care of me so quickly since I was a walk in appointment. Very pleased with East Memphis Imaging!!

  My daughter had a MRI last month. The entire process to get her MRI scheduled was so easy and the staff was so nice. I loved that we were able to go on a Saturday also. The lady at the front desk was extremely polite and professional. The gentleman that did the MRI was so nice and he made my daughter feel comfortable in a scary situation so I appreciate that so much! I work at a doctors office and I will always recommend East Memphis Imaging to any of my patients needing radiology!

  What a wonderful experience I had at the East Memphis Imaging facility! Nurse Practitioner Krystle Oliver, from Dr. Hany Habashy's Office of Internal Medicine referred me there. Dr. Habashy and K. Oliver sent me to the Taj Mahal if of diagnostic imaging! I went there twice and had three tests done on me in the upmost professional manner. As as matter of fact, I had the best mammogram EVER! No pain ladies! The throughness was evident from the density test and X-ray. Not only was the entire staff friendly, kind and extremely helpful to me. The second floor desk helped me type up my questionnaire and to locate my referral paperwork. Amazing and talented young ladies greeted me on both floors. I've been to many medical facilities. This was an absolute pleasure to witness as I am having challenges with my health. I was comfortable while there. I felt safe and cared about. If you work there, I bet your parents are very proud of each and everyone that I encountered. I rarely write reviews. And when I do. I wait and reserve my judgement. But I must tell it immediately! Also, I found the facility absolutely amazing with the state-of-the art equipment! The deocor absolutely gorgeous and the whole building is CLEAN! The kindness to offer hot beverages was a plus for me, a coffee lover. Thank you ever so much East Memphis Imaging facility and staff! God bless!
