  This was my first visit to the facility. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly, directed me was I need to go. Went upstairs checked in and didn’t have to wait very long. They were very polite and helpful, I was seen within five minutes. They were very considerate of my time and I was so grateful for that. I will truly go back again and I will recommend others to this company.

  It could not have gone better. Everyone from the front desk to the techinicians went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, respected and important. I was seen at the actual appointment time also, which is a rare event in most healthcare offices! Thank you to everyone for their excellent service.

  I'd give more stars. Facility is nicely furnished and very clean. I don't know what other imaging facilities do as far as welcome and comfort for clients, But East Memphis Imaging was very hospitable. Easy check-in, transparency, and I even got to choose my music fashion during the procedure. When it was all done, The clean cut gentleman even extended his hand to help me off the machine. Wonderful experience indeed.

  I am a referral agent at a clinic, and it has been a pleasure working with everyone at East Memphis Imaging. I try and send all imaging that comes across my desk because they are easy to work with, are able to do most imaging we need, and always inform us promptly of any and all issues. All of the patients we have sent there have all said wonderful things about the care they receive, noting it's quick, clean and professional.

  ALL of the staff was superb : Friendly, Kind and helpful. The two women who managed the MRI were so considerate and available for any questions. I will expect the MRI to be just what my doctor needs to help me with my issues. I also appreciate that they contacted me a few days before the appointment, which gave me time to check with my insurance company about my share of the expense. A big Thank You to East Memphis Imagining for a good experience.
