  I recommend Memphis Imaging because they're very thorough in explaining the procedures and helpful in getting you get prepared. They are also all very nice people! Just before my MRI began the physician/ nurse assistant asked me if I wanted a blanket and I said declined, thinking it wouldn't get that cool while I was laying there! Unfortunately for me, it did get cool and I kept wishing for that blanket while the Imaging was being done! They have to keep that machine happy by keeping it, cool because it takes a lot of energy to run it and that warms it up! Next time I'll accept a blanket! I found it kind of interesting that some of the noises the machine was making sounded like guitar riffs from a Led Zeppelin album! One of those pulsing lead guitar riffs sounded just like the beginning of Communication Breakdown by Zeppelin and others like baselines from Prince and maybe a few David Bowie riffs!

  The facility was very attractive, clean and it appeared to be fairly newly renovated. Everyone was very nice, friendly and informative about the procedure I was having (MRI). Warm blanket, headphones for music, attentive employees, except for the noise emulating from the MRI, I would have had a great nap.

  I had a great experience at East Memphis Imaging Center. The location was remarkably clean and comfortable, and the entire team made me feel right at home with their friendly, attentive service. My wait time was minimal, and the complimentary hot drink station—complete with coffee, tea, cocoa, and espresso—was such a thoughtful touch. I couldn't have asked for a better visit!

  The lobby was very nice and comfortable. The ladies checking me in were so kind and answered all of my questions. This is my second visit and they have been punctual each time. When I went back for imaging the 2 ladies explained everything and prepared me completely for the MRI, including a blanket and rag over my eyes. She put my choice of music on and my nervousness went away. Thank you for being understanding of my issue and encouraging me as well.

  My wife Sharon was a patient. She spoke highly of Dr. Roy, Elizeabeth and the entire staff. She said they took excellent care of her. The facility was clean and very professional from check in to checking out. She stated that Dr. Roy was very pleasant, patience and explained every step of the procedure. She also said Elizabeth was very kind and allow her to squeeze her hand almost off, as she was comforting and very supportive. There was Positive energy throughout the facility. Peace and Blessing to them all.
