The provider my child saw was kind, but the front desk staff were incompetent and rude enough to cause us to switch providers.

Had an appointment at 8:45 for a brief follow up appointment to renew my med prescription and called because I got stuck in rolling road blocks in the construction zone and said I’ll be 10 minutes late and the front desk said if I’m more than 15 minutes late they’ll have to just work me in when they can. Signed in at the front desk at 8:57 with 3 minutes to spare. Sat for an hour and a half in a completely empty lobby and went to the front desk and asked if I wasn’t going to be seen soon can I just reschedule because I have to get to work and she said it could be after 11:00 when I’m seen so I asked if I can just reschedule and she said no I’d have to come back any day between 11:00-11:30 for a no show clinic and as she said “hope you’ll be seen” so I just had to keep waiting and miss a half day of work even though I met their guidelines of being late. I understand being late is a problem and I was very apologetic but it’s clearly punishment.

Been trying to get an appointment for months. Talked to multiple people this morning. Still no appointment, I've been hung up on and ignored. Seems like they do not care

Every month I get my prescription it’s always a constant game of phone tag. Between the front desk ladies who could care less about their job other than getting through the day and the nurses making constant mistakes when either transferring your prescription to another pharmacy or missing vital information for your script to the point the pharmacy can’t fill your script. Trying to get ahold of these people is impossible. When they are tired of dealing with your issues they’ll just transfer you to the nurses line at that point you’ll leave a voicemail and never hear back. Avoid if possible

My daughters and I have gone to Helen Ross for treatment and help with mental health from August 2018 until this past month when we moved 3.5 hours west to Middle Tennessee. I can't say anything negative about the staff we've worked with. They were all truly amazing. Our case manager, Oliver, was always proactive in making sure we got our appointments scheduled, and checked in consistently to make sure the girls and I were doing okay, and had everything we needed. Stacy, who handled our medications, was always patient and thorough, doing everything she could to make sure that each of us found medications that worked best. She listened to our comments and concerns, and took time to make sure we understood everything we were trying, what the side effects were, and thoroughly answer any questions myself or my kids had. Sharon, the therapist for my oldest daughter, is amazing, and we are sad to have to find someone new. She helped my daughter get through so much, and I am so proud to see the amazing positive progression and healing in my girl after having Sharon in her corner for the last two years. Sharon was always great at making sure I was kept informed as needed, and that I understood what therapy techniques were being used, and even went as far as to make sure that she asked how I was doing, and if there was anything I needed. Truly wonderful. Tiffany, the therapist for my second daughter, was wonderful, and always made sure that my daughter felt understood and validated. She used techniques and such that helped my daughter open up and heal, and make therapy a positive experience, and for that, I'm truly grateful. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone in East Tennessee looking for help with mental health, or those who have kids that need help, especially kids who are working through any type of abuse or trauma, go to Helen Ross. They are truly amazing.
