    We went to Kroger 01/23/2026 in the snow/ freezing rain Storm. Kroger was Open and had everything we desired, including Fuel. Kroger Employees were Very busy, Kind, Very Helpful. 5-STAR

    No problems in the past and have been a customer for many years. I have even recommended them to friends. Kroger now has new pharmacists and techs who are rude on the phone and not helpful. I Have been on the same medicine/same dose for years. They have let me completely run out twice. This time I’ve been out for 2 days. Today they say they don’t have it and don’t know when they will have it again, Walmart said they have it and will fill it immediately. I’m switching to Walmart. They plan ahead. After all stopping a medicine suddenly is dangerous! Customers’ health at kroger are not their priority now.

    Multiple times, I have had more than one doctors office transmit scripts via fax, only to be told at the pharmacy that they don’t have the fax. It happens too often for this to be true. They are not apologetic and their customer service and demeanor is subpar at best. We will be supporting our local pharmacies from here on out
